Midhurst Milers 10K

Anyone fancy doing this race? It is a double loop through the town of Midhust and out of town up some hills and down some country lanes. Rob Hill and I are planning to do this race. The link below is the entry form

Fiveways Flyers
The Fiveways Flyers are a bunch of otherwise disrelated individuals except for two criteria: they live in Fiveways and they go running now and again or in some cases rather alot.
The reason for a local running Blog is to be able to find running partners, exchange tips and good local routes and anything else that might be useful.
We are lucky to be sponsored by local personal trainer Liz Fulford who, if we are lucky, may even, every now and then chip in with an answer to our questions. Liz has a forum on her own website if you want to converse with other runners further afield than Fiveways. There is a link to this message board opposite.
